At Agua Menta, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• With all tags attached

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

To start a return, please contact us at stephaniieocampo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at stephaniieocampo@gmail.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
